Bob Reese is a Managing Director of Secure Capital Research LLC, a U.S. registered broker/dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. Secure Capital Research is focused on raising equity, preferred equity and other forms of capital for private equity real estate investment funds, value add property acquisitions and real estate development projects. Secure Capital Research also works with an elite group of US real estate developers to offer investments that qualify under the EB-5 immigrant investor Visa program created in 1990 by the US government.
After 20+ years of diverse finance industry experience, Bob has chosen to focus his career on providing clients access to quality alternative investments. Bob’s focus in this area is centered around the belief that high-net-worth investors increasingly desire to be actively involved in investment decisions and to focus an increasing portion of their investment allocation outside of the traditional stock and bond markets. Through his affiliation with Secure Capital Research, Bob is able to bring to clients fully vetted high-quality real estate investment opportunities.
