Tom Rotert is a founder and principal of Secure Capital Research LLC, a U.S. registered broker/dealer and member of FINRA/SIPC. In addition to holding various securities licenses, Mr. Rotert is a California licensed attorney (May, 1994), and brings to the firm robust experience in civil trial practice (in the first chair on almost 30 jury trial verdicts) and corporate transaction / governance practice, serving on the Boards of private, public and non-profit organizations, with an emphasis on both the legal and organizational aspects of business strategy and development. Leading the firm’s push into consulting and brokerage services for the EB-5 immigrant investor Visa program, Mr. Rotert oversees the firm’s relationships with developers, vendors, immigration counsel, securities counsel, and foreign agents and finders. Alongside his partner, Tom Dreyer, Mr. Rotert is also a founder and principal of Secure Capital Group, LLC (“SCG”), a joint venture partner in Randolph Street Capital, LLC, a JV formed by Chicago based real estate developer CA Ventures and SCG.
